Site measurement
Fireproof Studio uses Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages and product actions are useful. Before the Google tag loads, analytics storage, advertising storage, advertising user data, and advertising personalization are set to denied. Google signals and advertising personalization are also disabled in our tag configuration.
With storage denied, Google may still receive cookieless measurement signals such as the page requested, event type, approximate location derived from an IP address, and browser or device information. We do not intentionally send names, email addresses, payment details, or product-delivery identifiers to Google Analytics. Payments
Paid products use Stripe-hosted checkout. Stripe processes payment method, contact, transaction, fraud-prevention, and device information under its own practices. Fireproof Studio receives the transaction and contact details needed to confirm the purchase, deliver the product, keep accounting records, prevent abuse, and provide support. We do not receive or store complete card numbers. See Stripe's Privacy Policy.
Delivery and support
Product delivery and support messages may pass through Fireproof Studio's email provider, Proton. Those messages can include the email address you provide, delivery status, product purchased, and the content you send us. Please do not include passwords, payment card numbers, medical records, or other sensitive information in support email.
First-party attribution
Some product and checkout links keep a short source, medium, campaign, or selected-product value in the current browser tab so we can connect an onsite choice with the next step. These bounded values are not designed to contain a name, email address, or customer identifier, and closing the tab clears session storage.
External services and links
Fireproof Studio pages may link to products or services hosted on other domains. Those services control their own data practices. Following an external link does not give Fireproof Studio control over the destination.
Retention and security
We retain operational, support, transaction, and accounting records only as needed for delivery, business administration, fraud prevention, security, dispute handling, and applicable obligations. Retention periods vary by record and provider. We use reasonable safeguards, but no online service can promise absolute security.
Your choices
You can use browser controls or extensions to restrict scripts, storage, and network requests. Blocking measurement does not prevent access to the product catalog or free samples. Payment information must still be provided to Stripe when you choose to buy.
