A small studio built to create, learn, and ship.

Fireproof Studio is an independent product company in the United States. We build useful software, original games, and the systems required to operate them for the long term.

01 / Mission

Why Fireproof exists.

Useful products are often made harder to access than they need to be. Fireproof exists to build products people need at prices they can afford—and to create original games with ideas strong enough to stand on their own.

That mission requires more than generating concepts. It means taking responsibility for the design, engineering, infrastructure, distribution, and ongoing operation that turn an idea into a durable product.

02 / Principles

What we believe.

Useful before impressive. Technology earns its place by making a real job easier, faster, or more affordable. Evidence before expansion. A focused product that solves one problem is more valuable than a broad product that proves none. Shipping is part of design. Contact with reality teaches what another internal review cannot.

AI is a powerful part of that system. It increases the speed and range of the work, while human judgment remains accountable for what gets built and released.

03 / Structure

Why we stay small.

A small studio can keep the people shaping the product close to the people building and operating it. Fewer handoffs preserve context. Clear ownership makes it easier to decide, ship, measure, and change direction when the evidence demands it.

Small does not mean narrow. Fireproof uses a portfolio model across practical software and original games, while each product maintains a specific audience, job, and standard of proof.

04 / Portfolio

What we’re building now.

SiteGlowUp and HandsFreeSites address two different moments in website creation: improving a site that already exists and starting from a simple description. Tinyfort, Total Ant Domination, and Robot Reclaim explore strategy, progression, automation, and replayable systems in games.

The portfolio is deliberately varied. The operating principle is consistent: choose a clear problem or compelling experience, test the central assumption, build a complete path, and keep learning after release.
