How we build

AI makes us faster. Product judgment makes the work matter.

We use AI throughout the product lifecycle—not as a layer of theater, but as leverage for research, prototyping, engineering, testing, and iteration.

01 / DISCOVER

Start with a real job to be done.

Input: a specific problem, audience, and constraint. Action: examine the existing behavior and define what a useful outcome looks like. Output: a narrow product thesis. Decision gate: is the problem clear enough to test without inventing demand?

SiteGlowUp begins with a real website rather than a generic design prompt. The existing URL supplies context, and the resulting redesign makes the improvement concrete.

02 / DE-RISK

Prototype the riskiest assumption first.

Input: the product thesis and its largest unknown. Action: create the fastest credible test. Output: evidence that changes a decision. Decision gate: continue, reshape, or stop.

For Robot Reclaim, the prototype must first prove that assembling and automating systems is satisfying. A larger world cannot compensate if that central loop is not fun.

03 / FORGE

Build the smallest complete experience.

Input: a tested core loop. Action: bring product, design, engineering, infrastructure, and distribution together. Output: a coherent release, not a disconnected demo. Decision gate: can a user complete the intended job end to end?

HandsFreeSites compresses a complicated website setup into one paragraph and a preview. The value is the complete path, not the number of controls exposed.

04 / EVOLVE

Measure behavior, then iterate.

Input: a released experience and observable signals. Action: compare behavior with the product hypothesis. Output: a prioritized next cycle. Decision gate: what evidence justifies more investment?

For Tinyfort, missions, factions, and progression must support the tactical battle loop. Each system is judged by whether it strengthens player decisions and return play.

05 / OPERATE

Own the full lifecycle.

Input: a product in the field. Action: maintain, learn, improve, and communicate. Output: a product that can keep earning its place. Decision gate: operate, expand, reposition, or retire.

Fireproof stays responsible after launch. Shipping begins the next learning cycle; it does not end the work.

Accountability

Where AI helps—and where humans stay accountable.

Speed only matters when the resulting decision is still sound.

AI / LEVERAGE

Research, generation, and iteration.

AI helps explore options, create prototypes, accelerate implementation, and surface patterns for review.

HUMAN / JUDGMENT

Product and quality decisions.

People decide what problem matters, whether the experience is coherent, and what meets the release bar.

HUMAN / OWNERSHIP

Privacy, security, and release approval.

Accountability for customer trust and production changes is not delegated to an automated system.
