Robot Sort is a puzzle game developed by Fireproof Studio LLC. Features may differ by platform and app version. This policy covers the game, including mobile builds that enable optional rewarded advertising. For browsing this website, see our website privacy and data practices.
Game progress stored on your device
Robot Sort saves your progress and settings locally so you can continue playing. These records include your current bay, completed bays, coins, lives and refill times, undo inventory, streaks, reward entitlements, and records used to avoid granting or deducting a reward twice. Sound and music choices are also stored on your device. The game does not require a Fireproof Studio account, and the current game does not upload these saved-game records to a Fireproof Studio game server.
Robot Sort does not ask you to provide your name, email address, contacts, photos, microphone recordings, or precise location to play. This does not mean that advertising services receive no device information; their practices are described below.
Optional rewarded advertising
Mobile builds that enable rewarded videos use Google AdMob and the Google Mobile Ads SDK. Choosing to complete an available rewarded video can provide an in-game reward. Ad availability depends on the build, your privacy choices, and service availability. Development or test builds may show test ads.
When these advertising services run, Google may collect and share your IP address (which can indicate an approximate location), device and advertising identifiers, app and ad interactions such as launches, taps and video views, and diagnostic information such as performance and errors. Google uses this information to deliver and measure advertising, provide analytics, and help detect fraud and abuse. The information collected depends on your platform, permissions, consent choices, and the advertising configuration.

Your advertising choices
Where a consent message is shown, use it to make your choices. In builds with advertising enabled, the game provides Ad Privacy Choices in Settings when Google's consent service requires that entry point. You can also manage advertising identifiers and available tracking permissions in your device settings. Changing these choices may affect ad personalization or availability; it does not erase your saved game progress.
Choosing not to watch a rewarded video means you will not receive that video's reward. A decision about watching a video is separate from any required permission or consent to use information for advertising.
Support and communications
If you contact us, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message, such as a description of a problem or a screenshot. We use this information to respond, investigate issues, and maintain support records. Our email service provider processes messages on our behalf. Please do not send passwords, payment card details, or other sensitive information.
Sharing and processing
Advertising data is processed by Google as described above. Support information is processed by the providers we use to handle communications. We may disclose information we hold when required by law, to protect users and our services, or as part of a business transfer subject to appropriate safeguards. Service providers may process information outside your country; their applicable privacy terms describe their international processing practices.
Retention and deletion
Local game records remain on your device until you remove the app's data or delete the app. Device or cloud backups managed by your operating system may retain a separate copy; use your platform's backup controls to manage those copies. Deleting local data can permanently remove your progress. We cannot remotely delete saved-game records that are held only on your device.
We retain support messages as needed to handle your request, resolve disputes, maintain security, and meet applicable obligations. You can request deletion of information held by Fireproof Studio at the address below. Where we must retain a record, we will explain the applicable reason. Security
Local progress relies on your device's storage protections. Google's Mobile Ads SDK encrypts transmitted user data using TLS. We use reasonable safeguards for information we handle, but no storage or transmission method is completely secure.
Children's privacy
Robot Sort does not ask players to submit their age or date of birth. Parents or guardians who believe a child has provided personal information to Fireproof Studio can contact us to request review and deletion. Advertising availability and privacy protections must follow the requirements applicable to the player's age, location, and app version.
Privacy requests
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of personal information, object to or restrict certain processing, or withdraw consent. Contact us to make a request about information Fireproof Studio holds. We may need to verify your request. You may also raise a concern with your local data protection authority. For device-only records and information controlled by Google, use the controls described above.
Changes to this policy
We will update this page when our practices change and revise the effective date. Where required, we will provide additional notice or request consent before a material change takes effect.
