- The approximate time and a screenshot if useful.
- For a purchase issue, the store order reference, if available.
Never send your password, sign-in authorization code, full receipt token or deletion recovery secret.
Purchases and account help
Real-money checkout is not enabled in the current distributed test build. When purchases become available, the store used to make the purchase handles payment and its refund process. We can investigate delivery or recovery problems, but cannot promise a refund outside that process.
Account recovery and deletion require ownership verification. An email address or a claimed player identifier alone is not proof of account ownership. To request deletion without opening the game, use the account deletion page.
