  • Source of every image, font, graphic, template, and text element
  • Location of ownership or license evidence
  • Trademark, character, celebrity, or brand references removed or authorized
  • Exact role of AI, if used, and the current disclosure requirement
  • Buyer data required, minimized, and justified

3. Proof boundary

  • Claims supported by the item itself
  • Claims supported by documented testing
  • Claims that must not appear
  • Final reviewer and review date

4. Publish gate

  • Every visible claim maps to a recorded fact or proof source
  • Images accurately show the finished item
  • Included and excluded items are explicit
  • Delivery, returns, and support match shop policy
  • No ranking, scarcity, traffic, review, or sales promise appears
