Privacy policy
Effective October 8, 2026
Fireproof Studio operates Total Ant Domination. Contact us at support@fireproof.studio about privacy or your game data.
The game is in testing. Online earned rewards, wallet synchronization, item spending and account deletion are enabled. Real-money checkout availability depends on platform, build and verified service readiness; Apple checkout is currently disabled and Google checkout is undergoing licensed testing. Builds offering optional rewarded videos are available on iOS and in Android testing; availability depends on the build, applicable privacy requirements and ad supply. Earlier earned-only Android builds do not offer ads. Optional platform linking and recovery depend on the supported provider and its availability.
Information we use
- Game data: campaign progress and preferences are stored on your device. When connected, cloud backup stores a copy under your Unity player identifier. The online wallet records confirmed earned balances, item inventory, cosmetics, reward claims and store transactions. Offline battle rewards wait for server confirmation; local backup data does not independently grant wallet funds.
- Account data: Unity Authentication provides a player identifier. When you choose a supported sign-in provider, its account identifier links your game account for recovery. We do not receive your Apple or Google password.
- Store transactions: the service records earned-item spending and reward claims to deliver items and prevent duplicate requests or fraud. Where real-money checkout is enabled, Apple or Google handles payment and the purchase service uses transaction identifiers and receipt or purchase-token information. We do not receive payment-card numbers.
- Online play and service operation: player and session identifiers, connection information such as IP addresses and approximate location derived from them, match data and diagnostic service errors support connections, security and troubleshooting.
- Optional rewarded ads: in builds offering ads, Google AdMob and its privacy SDK may process your IP address and approximate location, device or app identifiers, ad interactions and diagnostic information for ad delivery, measurement and fraud prevention. The game requests non-personalized ads and does not request cross-app tracking permission. The privacy SDK checks applicable requirements at launch; required choices are presented before an ad request. Ad loading begins only after you choose to watch. The reward service uses a random one-use identifier and signed completion record to prevent duplicate rewards; it does not send your raw game account identifier in that record. Watching is optional and normal play does not require ads.
- Support: we receive information you choose to send, such as your email address, device model and description of an issue. Please do not send passwords or secret authentication tokens.
How information is used and shared
We use this information to operate the game, save and restore progress, connect players, deliver purchases, prevent duplicate or fraudulent transactions, answer support requests and delete accounts. Service providers include Unity for authentication, Cloud Save, Lobby and Relay; Apple and Google for supported sign-in; and Amazon Web Services for the account and wallet service. Payment-provider receipt verification is enabled only for the corresponding supported checkout environment; test purchases are isolated from ordinary Production balances. Builds offering optional rewarded videos use Google AdMob/UMP for advertising and privacy choices, and our server verifies signed completion records before awarding game currency. See Google’s privacy policy. Providers process information under their own applicable terms and privacy notices. We do not sell your personal information or use game account data for targeted advertising.
Retention and account deletion
Local progress remains on your device until you reset it or remove the app, subject to device backups. Account and cloud data remain while the account is in use, until you request deletion. A completed deletion removes the linked game identity, cloud save and wallet balances, reward records and inventory. It does not delete your Apple or Google account. Unity may retain operational Lobby logs containing player identifiers for up to 30 days. These provider logs are separate from the game account and cloud save; requests concerning them are handled through Unity support rather than the game’s account-purge API.
The account service must let existing sign-in tokens expire before its final cloud-data purge. This normally requires at least one hour after identity removal and may take longer if a provider is unavailable. A pending request is not a completed deletion; the game shows the request status.
After account deletion, purchase-detail records are retained for up to 30 days for refund and dispute reconciliation. The service then removes those details. Minimal pseudonymous transaction and deleted-account hashes may remain while needed to prevent purchase replay or restoration of deleted accounts. These records are not used to restore your game account. Encrypted daily service backups are limited to seven copies and expire through rotation; deleted accounts must not be reactivated when a backup is restored. These are our operational retention policies, not a claim that a law requires those periods. The active account service enforces these retention controls.
Your choices
Use Settings to manage game preferences and available account, backup and recovery features. Builds offering rewarded ads also provide privacy choices for advertising; declining an ad does not prevent normal gameplay. You can request access, correction or deletion of your information at support@fireproof.studio. We verify account ownership before disclosing or removing account data. See account deletion for the in-game and web request routes. Uninstalling alone does not delete a server account.
Audience and security
Total Ant Domination is intended for players aged 13 and older and is not directed to children under 13. Initial distribution is planned for the United States. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
We use access controls, encrypted network connections and scoped account permissions to protect service data. No storage or transmission method is completely secure. Changes to this policy will be published here with an updated effective date.
